CHANGE POLICY
Delser SAS will make the necessary adjustments and accept product returns according to the conditions established by the corresponding manufacturer or as provided by current legal regulations.
LAW 1480 OF 2011 The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs and any other expenses related to the return of the product will be covered by the consumer.
A product may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in optimal resalable condition. This means the original packaging must be intact, unopened, with tamper-evident seals in good condition, and no visible damage to the packaging.
Delser SAS is only obligated to accept exchanges or returns of products without warranty in cases where, at the time of delivery, it is verified that the product does not match the characteristics shown on this site, is damaged, or has passed its expiration date.
CHANGES DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECTS
If the purchased product presents any defect at the time of purchase, you may request an exchange or a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To do so, you must submit a claim through our communication channels and present the purchase invoice. If the invoice is unavailable, the buyer must provide their information to allow us to verify the details in our system. Additionally, evidence of the product defect must be presented within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase or receipt of the product. The exchange will not be effective in the following cases:
- Exchanges will not be accepted if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase or receipt of the product, if it was purchased through our e-commerce site.
- An exchange cannot be requested if the damage is due to improper use of the product by the consumer.
- Furthermore, products that have been used by the customer and contain less than 80% of their original content cannot be exchanged.
WARRANTY FOR PRODUCT DAMAGE
If the product shows damage to its organoleptic properties, such as changes in color, texture, or odor, the following warranty applies: Requirements for filing a claim:

The product must retain at least 80% of its original content.

The buyer must provide documented evidence demonstrating the product defect.

The purchase invoice must be presented. If it is not available, the buyer must provide their information for verification in our system.

The product must not be expired.
This warranty only covers the aforementioned cases and does not extend to other types of damage. The buyer must comply with all requirements to make this warranty effective, including providing evidence supporting the product defect.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Delser SAS is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange a product, please note the following conditions:

Exchange Period: The product may only be exchanged within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Product Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. This includes packaging and security seals, which must not be altered in any way.

Exchange Process: To process an exchange, you must present the purchase invoice or the buyer's information, which will be verified in our system. The product must meet the aforementioned conditions for the exchange to be processed.

Shipping Costs: The exchange does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs for the return or replacement of the product will be borne by the customer.
